Below are the instructions to start the non-compliant return process:
1. Initiate the return procedure for non-compliance:
- Enter the order number and email used for your purchase in the form below, and follow the procedure.
- Select the items you wish to return and verify the address for the goods collection.
- Wait for the instructions and return approval confirmation via email.
2. Prepare the products for shipment
- Place the items (or the item) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
- Include a copy of the sales document inside the package.
- Stick the shipping label provided via email on the outside of the package.
3. Shipping
- Following the instructions provided via email, our courier will come to collect the package.
- Shipping costs and any customs duties for the return of non-compliant goods are covered by Sidi.
4. Refund
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 14 working days from the date the return is received at our warehouses and after verification of non-compliance.
