1. Timeframe for requesting a return

To start the return process, please fill out the form below, including your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Follow the provided instructions, and you will receive a notification regarding the outcome of your request.

2. Shipping methods for the return

Choose the option you prefer to return your items:

• ORGANIZED RETURN via UPS – We handle the entire return process for you.
   

  • You will receive pre-filled labels and instructions by email once your return request is completed.

  • A fixed fee covering shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted during the refund process. The table below shows the fees for the organized return service:

  Instructions:

  • Arrange the return shipment with a courier of your choice.

  • Shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility.

  • Each courier requires specific documentation for returns; it is your responsibility to provide complete documentation in line with the sales documents you have.

    • If shipping from a non-EU country to Italy, the customs invoice must be issued to Calicantus S.r.l. (not SIDI SPORT) and must reflect the actual value of the returned goods.

  • Tip: choose a tracked and insured shipment.

3. Preparing the return

• Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are in perfect condition.
• Include a copy of the invoice or sales receipt inside the package.
• If you are using our dedicated return service for shipments from non-EU countries, attach the return document you received along with the courier label on the outside of the package.
   

4. Refund

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used to complete the purchase, within 14 days at the latest from the date your return is received and verified for compliance at our warehouse.
• SIDI may refuse or delay unauthorized or non-compliant returns, or returns missing complete documentation, which could result in a forfeited refund at your expense. Always complete the return procedure on our website before shipping the items.
