1. Timeframe for requesting a return
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the package to decide whether to keep or return the items in your order.

2. Shipping methods for the return

You will receive pre-filled labels and instructions by email once your return request is completed.
A fixed fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs and any applicable customs charges if you are returning an item from a non-EU country.

Instructions:Organize the return shipment with a courier of your choice; if possible, select an insured and trackable service.
Shipping costs and any customs duties are at your expense.
If you ship from a non-EU country to Italy, the customs clearance invoice must be issued to Calicantus S.r.l. (NOT to SIDI) and must show a value equal to that of the returned goods. Please note that each courier requires specific documentation for returning goods; it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements and complete all documentation fully and correctly, in accordance with the sales documents in your possession.
Non-compliant returns: If the return does not meet these conditions, it cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the sender, with costs charged to you.
3. Preparing the return
- Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are in perfect condition.
- Include a copy of the sales invoice inside the package.
- If you are using our dedicated return service for shipments from non-EU countries, attach the return document you received along with the courier label on the outside of the package.
4. Refund
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used to complete the purchase, within 14 days from the date the return is received and verified for compliance at our warehouse.
- SIDI may refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns, or those lacking complete documentation, and in such cases the refund may not be processed and will be at your expense
